The book is very well organized and easy to understand. I have recently taken a design engineering position and this will be a great resource to reference often.

Large print book is the perfect size.
The pages are coated with a water/oil resistant coating that makes them easy to flip.
The pictures/diagrams make the formulas and call outs easy to understand.
The taps that are included make it easy to place what I want on there and leave off the ones I don't intend on referencing.

I had to open every individual page in order to release it from the previous page. It looks like the machine used to punch to binding holes was not very sharp when it got to this book.
A few pages had mistakes such as random lines that were printed or small wrinkles in the pages.

Too much emphasis on AWG for Australia but interesting to find the equivalent for American cable sizes .

I always reference this book to confirm my work as a machinist and maintenance fitter this book is absolutely vital in my line of work
I have v2 and v3 engineers book v2 fastners & v2 electrical
I previously commented the version 2 could include pipe sizes etc then checked my version 3 seen it was included

a whole other book could be done on hydraulics and pneumatics including hose types pressures and fitting perhaps, ill be the first to buy it

I had the original edition when I did my apprenticeship and I have now brought the Metric Bench top edition. It is great to see how much information has been added over the years. An invaluable resource that should be part of everyone's tool box.

Benchtop edition is great fo older eyes, Well presented information with good charts and diagrams, love the low glare laminated pages. much better than getting differing information from google.

Would have been nice to have Model Engineer (ME) threads included.

I had the pocket sized second edition throughout my apprenticeship and recently purchased the workbench third edition. Great quick reference guide for information not used daily. I dont know many tradies that dont have a black book in their toolbox!

The variety of information and the way is set out is great. Much faster then searching through varied results in google. The book creates a go to source of information for everyone.

Having the tightening torque specs within the book would really complete it.

Great for reference in all settings. Useful in shop and in lab for conversions and what not. Personally purchased for the drill bit references to have on hand.
